Beach Ball Template Printable

Summer is the perfect time to go to the beach and throw around the beach ball! We used to leave by the beach and having a beach ball is such an easy and fun activity for the family. Whether you are using it at the beach, lake, pool, or even in your yard.

Use this free beach ball template for a fun way to celebrate the end of the year at school. It can be used for classroom use with a large group of kids, just print out the template multiple times. It is a great activity for kids from preschool through 1st grade. Older kids will have fun with the template for painting or coloring but it is simple enough for the young children to use.

Beach Ball Templates

Here are a few different options for printable templates to use. There are four different size beach balls including a tiny, small, medium, and large size. Each template comes in color and with just the outline.

Large beach ball. This is the easiest template to use for young kids because the large size and thick lines. Using this template kids can color and craft in different ways.

Medium beach ball. The medium beach ball is great for crafting with a group of kids. Since you get more beach balls on a sheet that means less pages to print out. I’m all about working smarter not harder.

Small Beach ball. The small size comes with eight beach balls on a sheet. These are great to add on to a painting or drawing. Kids can draw a picture of themselves at the beach and then add a beach ball.

Finally there is one more small size. This one comes with 6 beach balls on a sheet. This size is great for crafts or cupcake toppers.

Beach Ball Crafts

Tissue Paper Beach Balls

This craft is super easy and fairly low mess. No kids craft is no mess haha but low mess will do. Cut up tissue paper into small squares. Make sure to have a variety of colors including yellow, blue, orange, red, and green. Really you can use any colors you want just have at least three or four colors. Then add glue to the beach ball template and put on different colors of tissue paper in each section of the beach ball. Continue around the beach ball until you have filled it in. This craft works on fine motor skills for young kids.

Beach Ball Coloring Pages

You can use the free printable beach ball template simply for a color page. This is such an easy activity for kids and kids love coloring. Color it in with crayons, colored pencils, or markers. Kids can pick what colors they want to make their beach ball. Coloring is relaxing and I personally like to color along with my kids. Use these beach ball coloring sheets with kids at home or with a group of kids in a class.

Beach Ball Torn Paper Craft

Another easy peasy craft! Rip up paper into small pieces. This is fun for kids and easy to rip up paper. Then add the papers to the beach ball template with a glue stick or white glue. This can be a good activity for color recognition with little kids.

Beach Ball Painting

Paint a beach ball. Use any fun and silly materials to paint in the beach ball template. These can include balloons, balls, cotton balls, or poofs. You can also just paint with a simple paint brush and washable paints. This can be a fun activity for paint parties with kids.

Dot Markers Beach Ball

Add fun colors to the beach ball with dot markers. Dot markers are fun for kids to use and easy for the younger kids since they are larger than regular markers. Add dots of color to each section with a different color in each section.

Beach Ball Color Sorting

Use the small template to print out on different colored paper. Use at least three colors. Then cut out the beach balls. Mix up the colors and kids can sort the colors.
