Free Printable Snow Globe Templates

Printing the Snow Globes
To print the snow globes click on the blue writing title above the image of the snow globe you want to use. This will take you to the pdf file. Download the digital file to your device or computer. You will need a pdf file reader to open the files. Once you have downloaded it you can print out the templates on white printer paper, white cardstock paper, or colorful cardstock paper in 8.5X11″ size. Then use the templates for your crafts and decorations.

This first snow globe is a blank slate. Color it in, decorate it with crafts supplies, or add the decorative snowman or trees.

Snow Globe Craft Ideas
You can use these snow globes for so many different types of craft projects. Here are a few ideas for ways to use the snow globes.
- Snow globe coloring pages. This is the easiest way to use the snow globes. Many of the templates can just be colored in and put together. Use the standing snow globes for coloring and crafts.
- Tissue paper snow globe. Add pieces of glue and white tissue paper to the snow globe with glue for a simple craft. Tissue paper is so easy and cheap to use.
- Torn paper snow globes. Rip up blue for the sky, white for snow, and even green paper for trees into small pieces. Then glue it on to the templates. Ripping up paper is an easy way for kids to work on fine motor skills. They can also cut up the paper.
- Snow globe sun catcher. Cut out the outline of the template with the center cut out. Add contact paper to the back of the snow globe sticky side up. You can also use clear packaging tape. Then add small piece of tissue paper to the inside of the snow globe it should stick right on to the contact paper. When the snow globe is filled up add another piece of contact paper stick side down to the top and cut out the shape. Hang it up in the window for a pretty decoration.
- Snow globe hat. The snow globes on the strip of paper can be used for a fun winter headband/hat for kids to wear. Just add an extra strip of paper to the back to make the hat long enough to fit around a kids head.
- Painted snow globes. Print the snow globes out on card stock paper for a thicker paper that wont rip with paint. Paint the snow globes in with watercolor paint or tempura paint.
- Paint a winter scene for the background on canvas or paper. Then add a paper snow globe on top!
