Free Printable Moving Eye Animals
Make these adorable moving eye animal crafts out of just paper. You can add them to popsicle sticks to make them even easier. Since it is still summer I decided to make sea creatures for these moving eye animals. There might be some other ones for different season in the future. Stay tuned! I’m going to move from summer mode to Halloween pretty soon.
These sea creature moving eye animal puppets include sea turtles, pufferfish, narwhals, and manatees. Its hard to pick my favorite because they all turned out so adorable. They are so easy to put together for a simple craft that kids will love.

Printing the Moving Eye Animals
First click on the title of the printable you want to use. Feel free to use one or all of them. These printables are all for personal use and not for commercial use. Once you click on the title it will take you to the page to download the printable. Click on the download icon. Then print on cardstock paper. I suggest cardstock paper because it is thicker and it will be easier to get the eyes to move around. However, if you just have printer paper you are welcome to use printer paper. Maybe put the back on a thin piece of cardboard to stabilize it.

These animals come with colorful and coloring templates. Try one or both options. Click on the title of the animal you want to use to download.
First is a cute pufferfish. Color it orange or any fun colors. You can also use the color version to just assemble and play!
Next up is a cute sea turtle. Sea turtles are one of my favorite sea creatures and this little turtle is perfect for an easy craft.
Now we have a fun little narwhal also known as the unicorn of the sea. This one is very popular with the kids.
Last but not least is a manatee. These creatures are so cute in person and in craft form.
Putting together the Printable Moving Eye Animals
Step 1: Print out the animal templates preferably on cardstock paper. You can print one or all of them.
Step 2: For the coloring templates color them on the sheet of paper.
Step 3: Cut out the outline of the animals and the eyes. Tip: some of them I cut down a little extra off the bottom part below the eyes to make them have more movement.
Step 4: Assemble the animals by adding glue to the outer edge of the bottom animal piece. Put the eye piece in the center. Then cover with the front pressing firmly along the edges.
You can Add a popsicle stick to the bottom of the middle piece and leave the outside piece open. This just makes it a little bit easier to move the eyes around and then it is a puppet. Puppets are so fun for pretend play with kids.
That is it these are super easy to make and so adorable!
