Chocolate Firework Pops

Chocolate Firework Pops! Anyone can make this adorable dessert for 4th of July

If you have visited my bloggy before you might know I like candy melts. I like making cute desserts and most of them don’t involve a ton of baking or complicated baking. I’m a shallow baker like that because it has to look pretty. Luckily when you work with something like candy melts it tastes yummy and they are really easy to work with. These chocolate firework pops require zero back and are really fun for the 4th of July! If you want to do some baking you can use them as toppers for cupcakes. You can also buy store bought cupcakes(I wont tell) and top them with these fun fireworks! read more

4th of July firework wands

Firework Wands

Firework Wands! Make these simple firework wands for 4th of July with just napkins and paper straws.

I always get myself in a lot of trouble when I go to Target. They have everything and sometimes I just want it all! I always have to stop at the dollar spot because there are some really great finds there. Especially if you like to craft they always have something fun. I don’t feel bad about these purchases because it’s only a dollar(or 3 or 5). While at Target shopping for a trip I saw these cute star napkins and red stripped paper straws. I thought I could make some kind of wands out of them and made these firework wands! I just love how cute these turned out. In the past I’ve made snowflake wands and flower wands. My daughter really loves any of the wands I’ve made so any time I can make wands I make them. read more

I just cannot believe it is already going to be the 4th of July this week! It really snuck up on me. I might say that too much because a lot of holidays somehow sneak up on me. Besides Christmas since they start putting out decorations in July, you can’t miss that one. I wanted to make a little craft with Keira but I was trying to avoid a mess. What says 4th of July more than fireworks?! It seems like all of our crafts are messy and as much as I love making a huge mess I don’t always like to clean up. This fireworks craft was so easy to make and can also work as a decoration for the 4th. All you need are pipe cleaners in any colors you want (I went with red, silver and blue) and scissors. read more
